Location :Onsite-Ahmedabad Responsibilities: Design and implement guided customer journeys using OmniScripts and FlexCards for mobile, broadband, and enterprise telecom services Ensure UX performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Work closely with UX teams to translate wireframes into dynamic components Integrate with backend APIs using Integration Procedures and DataRaptors Requirements: Proficient with OmniStudio UI tools: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors Experience designing intuitive flows for customer acquisition, upgrade, and support Strong grasp of telecom personas: consumer, SMB, enterprise Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LWC basics a plus Email at [email protected] or whatsapp at 9875115767
