Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Customization SFDC Integration nCino and Omnistudio. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for SFDC Customization and Integration projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for nCino and Omnistudio applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.

Provide guidance and support to junior testers to enhance their skills and performance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Coordinate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.

Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in the testing process.

Monitor and track testing progress ensuring timely completion of testing phases.

Facilitate communication between testing teams and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and tools.

Ensure that all testing activities are documented and maintained for future reference.

Support the implementation of new testing technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in SFDC Customization and Integration with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Demonstrate proficiency in nCino and Omnistudio with the ability to design and execute effective test cases.

Have experience in Asset & Wealth Management providing valuable insights into domain-specific testing requirements.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex testing issues.

Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of software testing.
