Architect, guide and support scalable solutions using SFMC modules like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
Translate marketing goals into technical specifications and actionable workflows.
Lead integration efforts with CRM systems, data platforms, and third-party platforms.
Design and optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and real-time personalization.
Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and platform security best practices.
Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive platform adoption and maturity.
Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and innovations, especially within Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI.

Preferred candidate profile

812 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud.
Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, or Architect.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign analytics.
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and data modeling within SFMC.
Experience with API integrations, SDKs, and event tracking across web and mobile platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau CRM, and CDP platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with other similar marketing platforms like Mo Engage is an added advantage.
