Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Developer Dev 2 Location: Hyderabad Work Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Experience: 4–10 years of experience in SFMC email development and responsive coding. Job Summary: Quadrantech is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer with strong expertise in HTML/CSS, responsive email design, and modular template development. The ideal candidate will specialize in building high-quality, dynamic, and responsive email templates, landing pages, and automated campaigns that work seamlessly across devices and clients. Key Responsibilities: • Email & Web Coding: Build responsive HTML/CSS email templates optimized for multiple email clients and devices. • Responsive Design: Apply hybrid coding, media queries, and testing across desktop, mobile, and dark mode. • SFMC Platform Expertise: Develop campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. • AMPscript & Personalization: Implement advanced AMPscript for dynamic content and personalization. • Data & Segmentation: Build/manage data extensions, perform SQL queries, and ensure proper segmentation. • Automation & Journey Building: Configure, test, and optimize journeys and triggered sends. • Testing & QA: Conduct Litmus/Email on Acid testing, troubleshoot rendering issues, and optimize templates. • Compliance: Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM compliance, and follow deliverability best practices. Required Qualifications: • HTML/CSS Expertise: Deep knowledge of email coding, inline CSS, responsive frameworks (MJML, Foundation for Emails). • Responsive Design: Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), dark mode, and cross browser compatibility. • SFMC Tools: Hands-on with Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. • AMPscript & SQL: Strong skills in dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation logic. • Soft Skills: Strong debugging, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross functional teams.
