Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer:

The individual should have 6-8 years of experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Platform. Implementation experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Analytics Builder and Audience Builder. Design and develop business solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform based on the Business needs/requirements. Should be proficient in AMPScript. Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc. Should possess experience in SFMC Data Integrations: Cloud Connector, Data Extensions, Integration(s) with External Applications/ Systems via APIs. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification is must. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with other Applications/Systems and applicable Connectors.
• Participate in the Requirements Gathering and Solution Design.
• Design and develop automated Email Journeys using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Analytics Builder and Audience Builder based on the Customer requirements and suggest options on the possible optimization.
• Experience in Analysis and Reporting the Email Activities using the Email Studio Reports and Journey Builder.
• Design and build Integrations between Marketing Cloud and other third party Applications/Systems or Data Sources.
• Conduct End User Training/Train-the-Trainer and proactively encourage Salesforce Marketing Cloud User Adoption.
• Experience in delivering Marketing Automation Projects in an Agile environment and be able to cater to the deadlines.
