About the Role

Salesforce Module Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions on the

  Salesforce platform

  to meet business goals and client requirements.
• Build and maintain

  Apex classes, triggers, test classes

  , schedulable & batchable Apex.
• Develop

  Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)

  and enhance existing Salesforce features.
• Own and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Provide

  Salesforce environment administration

  including security settings, permissions, custom objects, workflows, and configurations.
• Implement

  Flows, Process Builders, Approvals

  , and automation for business processes.
• Manage client communication and act as a trusted technical advisor.
  
• Ensure high-quality delivery with unit testing, best practices, and code reviews.
  

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in

  Salesforce Development

  .
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL

  , and integration frameworks.
• Proven experience with

  Lightning Interface

  , Lightning components, and declarative tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and performance optimization.
  
• Excellent spoken and written

  communication skills

• Ability to work independently as an

  Individual Contributor

• Must be willing to work in the

  1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST shift
