Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business needs.
  
• Build Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulable classes, and test classes.
  
• Develop Lightning components (LWC/Aura) and ensure seamless UI/UX.
  
• Ensure code follows Salesforce best practices and standards.
  

Integrations & System Maintenance

• Lead and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external back-office systems.
  
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system connectivity.
  
• Provide ongoing system administration support including:
  
• User & role management
  
• Permission sets & security settings
  
• Custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
  

Declarative & Configuration Expertise

• Build and optimize automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
  
• Analyze and enhance existing configurations for performance and reliability.
  

Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

• Work directly with clients in a customer-facing capacity to gather requirements, clarify technical needs, and resolve issues.
  
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions with minimal supervision.
  
• Participate in discussions around system enhancements and improvements.
  

Innovation & Best Practices

• Contribute creative ideas to improve platform capabilities, coding practices, and internal processes.
  
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new feature rollouts.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience

  working on Salesforce development and administration.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  with Apex triggers, classes, batchable & schedulable classes.
• Strong experience in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and/or

  Aura components

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce declarative tools

  Flows, Process Builder, Workflows.
• Skilled in Salesforce administration including security, object configuration, and automation.
  
• Strong ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
  
• Excellent communication skills with experience in direct client interaction.
  
• Willingness to work in shifts overlapping

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder).
  
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
