Salesforce Lead

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business goals and client requirements.

Develop Apex classes, triggers (including schedulable and batchable), Lightning components, and unit tests.

Lead and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other back-office systems.

Provide system administration support, including user management, security settings, custom objects, and workflows.

Work directly with clients in a customer-facing role to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure best practices in declarative development (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows).

Contribute innovative and creative ideas to improve platform capabilities and processes.

Required Skills:

3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Apex (triggers, classes, batchable, schedulable).

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Interface and Lightning Component (LWC/Aura) development.

Strong expertise in declarative tools Flows, Process Builder, Workflows.

Solid understanding of Salesforce administration concepts.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

Willingness to work in shifts overlapping EST time zone.
