Please check the below JD, If suitable please share your resume on sayali.yadav@tatatechnologies.com Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with 15-20 years of IT industry experience to drive Salesforce transformation initiatives, lead a team of 10 professionals, and enhance our CRM capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce solutions/design and successfully led transformation projects. Salesforce Platform Leadership & Implementation: Own and drive the end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement roadmap. Provide strategic and technical leadership for Sales Cloud , CLM, LinkedIn Navigators, Revenue Storm, NPS Litmus World, Market Insights, Customer Insights, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ. Oversee Salesforce configurations, integrations, and custom developments to align with business needs. Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.Transformation & Process Optimization: Lead Salesforce-driven digital transformation projects improving sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Identify and implement automation in sales workflows and customer relationship management. •Develop and enforce best practices, governance models, and compliance measures within Salesforce.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants. Collabor ate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and C-level executives to define CRM strategy. Drive user adoption, training prog rams, and best practices for Salesforce tools across teams.Salesforce Integration & Data Management: Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise applications such as ERP, BI tools, and marketing platforms. Oversee data governance, accuracy, and security across all Salesforce modules. Implement AI-driven analytics and reporting capabilities to support sales forecasting and customer insights.. Drive innovation by leveraging AI, automation, and predictive analytics in Salesforce solutions. Required Skills and Experince: 15-20 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in Salesforce leadership roles. Proven experience in leading Salesforce transformation projects in large-scale enterprises. Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, CLM, LinkedIn Navigators , Revenue Storm, NPS LitmusWorld, Market Insights, Customer Insights, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and API frameworks. Experience in managing Salesforce security, compliance, and data governan ce policies. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of 10+ Salesforce professionals. Ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to drive CRM strategy. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in Salesf orce environments. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Clou d Consultant, Pardot Consultant, CPQ Specialist) are preferred.
