Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture , with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC , data migration , and integration (REST/SOAP). A strong understanding of various Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and CPQ is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions Develop and maintain components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Design and implement REST and SOAP-based integrations with external systems Plan and execute data migration strategies for large and complex datasets Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers Ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews and unit testing Manage deployments and version control using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple Salesforce clouds Stay updated on Salesforce platform innovations and recommend adoption where appropriate Required Skills: Strong experience with Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulers) Proficiency in Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Proven experience in data migration using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and ETL tools Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Integrations (REST, SOAP, Named Credentials, etc.) Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and CPQ Understanding of Salesforce security model , sharing rules , and governance limits Ability to manage full SDLC from requirement gathering to deployment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist ) Experience with Agile methodologies Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Bitbucket Experience working in multi-org environments Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible work hours and hybrid work model Learning and certification sponsorships Health and wellness benefits
