Salesforce Implementation Lead Real Estate

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for handling requirements, implementation, deployment, training, and user support for Residential/Commercial Real Estate firms. Your role will involve hands-on Salesforce administration and utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful Salesforce implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Handle requirements, implementation, deployment, training, and user support for Residential/Commercial Real Estate firms - Perform Salesforce administration tasks with 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator - Create Salesforce profiles, allocate roles, and manage access, workflows, triggers, validations, and flows - Administer and maintain Salesforce systems, including importing data and generating Salesforce reports & dashboards - Provide Salesforce training and end-user support Qualifications Required: - Experience in Residential/Commercial Real Estate firms - Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills - Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification preferred - Proficiency in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce (nice to have),
