Job Description

The role involves Platform Management & Customization where you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce objects related to properties, leads, clients, and transactions. You will manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings tailored to sales agents, brokers, and support staff. Additionally, you will ensure data integrity of property listings through regular audits and deduplication. You will be involved in Real Estate Process Automation by building Flows, Process Builder automations, and approval processes for listing approvals and sales closings. Automation of lead assignments based on territory, property type, or agent availability will also be part of your responsibilities. The position requires you to handle Reporting & Insights by creating dashboards to monitor property pipeline, agent performance, occupancy rates, and sales targets. You will be responsible for generating ad-hoc reports to aid management in decision-making processes. Support & Training form a crucial part of the role where you will provide Salesforce support to sales teams, marketing, and operations staff. Conducting onboarding and training sessions for new agents on Salesforce usage for property management and client tracking will also be your responsibility. Continuous Improvement & Integration are key aspects of the role where you will stay updated on Salesforce releases and suggest enhancements pertinent to real estate workflows. Managing integrations with property listing portals, marketing automation tools, and other real estate software will also be part of your duties. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred), Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201), and at least 2 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or related fields. A strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and security models, proficiency in data management tools such as Data Loader and Import Wizard, as well as excellent communication, documentation, and training skills are essential. Preferred skills include experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and knowledge of real estate transaction workflows.,
