Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant / Developer

FSL Consultant/Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure

    Field Service Lightning

    (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, and Dispatcher Console).
  • Customize and develop

    Apex, Flows, LWC

    for FSL.
  • Optimize

    mobile workforce enablement

    for service agents and field technicians.
  • Integrate FSL with

    ERP/Inventory/3rd-party systems

    .
  • Build reports, dashboards, and optimize

    resource allocation

    .
  • Work with stakeholders to improve

    dispatch, scheduling, and service operations

    .

Required Skills

  • 4–5 years Salesforce experience, 2+ years in

    FSL implementations

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Salesforce Service Cloud + FSL data model

    .
  • Hands-on in

    Apex, LWC, APIs, Flows

    .
  • Familiarity with

    offline mobile functionality

    .
  • Salesforce

    Field Service Consultant Certification

    preferred.
