In addition to overseeing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, you will stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, promoting the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that improve efficiency and outcomes. Your leadership skills will be crucial in building and managing the team, fostering career growth, and creating a culture of innovation and accountability. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a services or consulting environment. Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, along with deep expertise in Salesforce solutions, development, and integration techniques.
