Salesforce Engineer

Role Overview: M&G Global Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of the M&G group of companies, is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join their Studio in India. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will work in a Feature Team collaborating with UK colleagues to deliver change across the marketing technology estate. Key Responsibilities: - Project Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate project delivery involving Salesforce implementations meeting quality standards. - Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions. - Compliance and Security: Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. - Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Salesforce Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. - Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and development team members to deliver digital solutions. - Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute tests to ensure the reliability and quality of solutions. - Configuration Management: Manage and configure Salesforce instances using tools like Salesforce Developer Experience.
