Job Description

Role: Salesforce DevOps engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Notice period: Immediate-15 Days

Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Flosum for automated testing, validation, and metadata/data deployment across all Salesforce environments (sandboxes, UAT, Production).
Define and enforce a disciplined Branching Strategy (e.g., Gitflow) using GitLab or similar version control tools, managing merge requests, and resolving deployment conflicts.
Administer and configure various tools supporting Release Management, including GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and JIRA, ensuring seamless integration with the Salesforce ecosystem.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues promptly, ensuring the stability of the Salesforce Platform and minimising downtime.
Manage and execute all release activities, including creating detailed release plans, coordinating with development and QA teams, and executing production deployments.
Perform and manage Sandbox Refresh Activities across multiple environments.
Ensure all quality gates are met before deployment, including minimum Code Coverage and security checks (e.g., SCA).
