Salesforce Devops Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce DevOps Engineer to streamline operations and enhance the development lifecycle of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD & Automation:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.
• Automate deployment processes and system monitoring.

• System Management:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce environments.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and security.

• Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with developers, admins, and business teams.
• Provide technical support and training to users.

• Version Control & Documentation:

• Manage source control using Git or similar tools.
• Maintain technical and process documentation.

• Compliance & Best Practices:

• Ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards.
• Recommend and implement upgrades and patches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Salesforce DX).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred
