Job Description

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
Develop and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DX and Git.
Ensure code quality, reusability, and scalability by following Salesforce development best practices and conducting code reviews.
Write efficient batch processes and triggers to ensure data integrity and performance.
Support Salesforce release management, system upgrades, and production issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, QA, Business Analysts) to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and development frameworks.
Requirements:

57 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge is a plus).

Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Expertise in Salesforce integration via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model , security model , and governor limits.

Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Willingness to work in overlapping US East Coast time zones for meetings.

Good To Have Sk ills:

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
