Salesforce Developer

Location - Onsite - Noida, UP OR Chennai, TN (Any of the two as per your location preference)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 47 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, and proven experience in migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Migrate existing Salesforce Classic functionality to Lightning Experience (Aura and/or LWC).
• Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Triggers.
• Implement and maintain Service Cloud features like Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, and Email-to-Case.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, admins, and QA teams.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• 48 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce Integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD processes and DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
