Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
  
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and page layouts.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, code quality, and performance optimization.
  
• Manage deployments using CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
  
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing implementations.
  
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  
• Strong expertise in

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL

  .
• Experience with

  Salesforce customization, configuration, and declarative features

  .
• Proficiency in

  Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)

  .
• Experience with

  Salesforce deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, ANT, Change Sets)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance tuning

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud

  .
• Salesforce

  Developer Certification (Platform Developer I / II)

  preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of

  DevOps tools

  (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  Einstein Analytics, Flows, and Process Builder
