SalesForce Developer- Senior

Role Overview: As a SalesForce Developer- Senior at Gentrack, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of Energy and Utilities Companies. You will share your knowledge and mentor team members and other developers across teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to the development team. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to take on mainstream tasks within the squad and proactively acquire the necessary product and technical knowledge to deliver your contributions. - Actively participate in all aspects of Agile software development, including punctual and reliable attendance at team meetings, clear communication of progress, and active involvement in grooming of the backlog. - Emphasize the importance of teamwork, positive relationships, and successful delivery of software to customers. - Provide feedback on the quality and quantity of technical outputs, successfully implement improvements to practice and process, and encourage awareness of and behaviors aligned with the Sustainability Charter. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or comparable professional development and commercial experience. - 4 to 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Energy and Utilities Cloud and complex Salesforce solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are highly desirable. - Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies and development practices.
