Salesforce Developer Sales & Service Cloud Location: Pune (Remote Only) Experience: 8+ Years Certification: Salesforce Admin Certified (Must) Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in Salesforce development 3+ years as a Salesforce Admin with strong knowledge of best practices Proven hands-on experience in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows and Analytics Configuration Good understanding of data integrations (e.g., SAP, other enterprise apps) Proficiency in Salesforce Apex – Triggers, Classes, APIs Familiarity with JIRA Projects and Service Management Systems Responsibilities Include: Supporting and enhancing Sales and Service Cloud applications Developing scalable solutions using Apex and declarative tools Implementing automations via Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Collaborating with cross-functional teams for data integration needs Ensuring secure, maintainable, and optimized Salesforce configurations Good to Have: Strong problem-solving mindset Exposure to analytics and reporting tools Experience working in Agile environments
