Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Importing, exporting, and managing data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Continuously learning new Salesforce features and best practices to improve skills and stay updated with platform changes. Key Performance Indicators for your role will include: - Code Quality: Measurement of code quality through peer reviews and automated testing, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Bug Resolution Rate: Identifying and resolving bugs within specified timeframes. - Feature Delivery: Timely delivery of assigned features and enhancements, meeting project deadlines. - Unit Test Coverage: Maintaining a high percentage of code coverage with unit tests for reliability. - System Performance: Evaluating the impact of developed solutions on system performance, load times, and responsiveness.
