Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer (Jr), your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will be tasked with developing custom Salesforce solutions to address the specific requirements of our business. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with both offshore and onsite teams to support various development and maintenance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 5+ years of robust development experience to work with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, SOQL, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce platform. - Demonstrate an understanding of the core Salesforce platform, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Pardot, along with functional knowledge of other areas of the Product Suite such as Experience Cloud and Analytics Cloud. - Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration would be advantageous. - Adhere to the best practices of Salesforce development to ensure high-quality solutions. - Manage Salesforce user security and protocols effectively. - Monitor the performance of internal systems and conduct QA/performance testing and quality assurance practices. - Assist in the prompt implementation of new projects and features. - Showcase strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic work environment, either as part of a team or as an individual contributor. - Possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of development experience with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, SOQL, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce platform. - Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Pardot, with functional knowledge of other areas like Experience Cloud and Analytics Cloud. - Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
