Salesforce Service Cloud Developer - Sales and Service Cloud – Hybrid – Kolkata India

Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with strong development/configuration experience Skills in Apex (triggers, batch, web services) and Visualforce development

Plus good knowledge of JavaScript/Lightning components.

The Developer should have good hands on technical experience in Service Cloud, ideally 3+ years. Experience of working for large professional IT consultancies is essential.

Salesforce Tech Lead knowledge /experience:

• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development/configuration
• Ideally Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Skills in Apex (triggers, batch, web services) and Visualforce development
• Experience of JavaScript/Lightning components
• Basic understanding of Apex sharing and security model
• Experienced with Lightning Web Components
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
