Job Description

SRole & responsibilities

Manage
users, profiles, roles, and permissions
.
Handle
data imports, cleanup, updates, and validation rules
to keep records clean.
Build
flows, process builders, and approval processes
for automation.
Customize
objects, fields, layouts, and record types
as per business needs.
Create and manage
reports and dashboards
for tracking performance.
Work with developers to build and maintain
custom components (Apex, LWC, Triggers)
.
Support
system integrations
and AppExchange apps.
Provide
user training and troubleshooting
support.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
Salesforce Sales/Service & Marketing Cloud
and
Lightning
.
Hands-on with
Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and Reports
.
Basic development skills:
Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC (Lightning Web Components)
.
Understanding of
APIs, Integration tools, and Data Loader
.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Salesforce
Admin (ADM-201)
certification.
Platform App Builder or Developer I
certification is a plus.

Contract tenure is for 3 months and may be converted to on-roll based on performance.
