About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a specialized focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniScript, and OmniStudio. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aimed at improving customer engagement and streamlining complex business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical professionals to deliver innovative features and enhancements that align with organizational goals. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and requires an immediate to 30-day notice period for onboarding.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly with expertise in Financial Services Cloud, OmniScript, and OmniStudio. A strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and declarative tools is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL is required. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations is also necessary. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as CI/CD pipelines, will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to work within Agile or Scrum methodologies. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized applications on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to meet specific business needs.
- Create and configure OmniScripts and FlexCards to deliver guided, dynamic user experiences that enhance customer interactions.
- Configure OmniStudio components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Matrices to support complex business logic and data processing.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce FSC and external systems using OmniStudio tools to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Automate workflows and data flows to improve operational efficiency and customer journey management.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
- Configure FSC features including Household Data Model, Financial Accounts, and Relationship Groups to support client-specific scenarios.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, user guides, and best practice guidelines to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
