We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 610 years of experience and strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and system integrations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura on Sales/Service Cloud.
• Configure and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce.com technologies.
• Possess a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, API landscape, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Work with middleware tools and apply enterprise trigger patterns effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Force.com platform development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance.
• Stay current with Salesforce trends and emerging technologies.
• Deliver presentations and demos to stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for global stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce coding experience.
• Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
