As a Salesforce Developer in the BFSI domain, your role involves designing and implementing customized Salesforce solutions tailored for various workflows such as loan origination, underwriting, KYC/AML, and customer lifecycle management. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows. - Integrating Salesforce with core banking systems, third-party APIs, and financial data sources using REST/SOAP APIs. - Collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate BFSI requirements into scalable Salesforce functionalities. - Conducting unit testing, system testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. - Monitoring and ensuring data quality, security, and compliance standards specific to the financial services industry. - Maintaining deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX. - Implementing BFSI-specific use cases including lead management, loan origination, KYC/AML workflows, and customer onboarding. - Ensuring adherence to Salesforce Shield, encryption, and compliance best practices. In terms of technical skills and tools, you are expected to have proficiency in: - Salesforce Development: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows - Salesforce Administration: Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Security & Sharing Settings - Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML handling - CI/CD & Version Control: Git, Bitbucket, Salesforce DX, Jenkins - BFSI Knowledge: Loan lifecycle management, KYC/AML, customer onboarding, regulatory compliance - Data Security & Compliance: Salesforce Shield, field-level encryption, GDPR/PCI compliance Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in BFSI or financial services. - Strong understanding of BFSI workflows, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements. - Proven experience in building scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
