Job Description

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud, managing platform configurations, and working closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, performing administrative tasks such as user management, security settings, and data configuration. You will collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will build and maintain data models, integrations, and automation workflows to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance, data quality, and system behavior will be part of your daily tasks. You will also need to stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices. A strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and core Salesforce platform is required, along with a solid understanding of data modelling and integration patterns. You should also have a good grasp of Data Streams, Data Lake, Data Models, Data Transforms, and Data Analysis. Experience working with segments, activations, and calculated insights, as well as with Salesforce administration tasks and declarative tools, is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with business users and translate their needs into solutions. Possessing Salesforce certifications will be an advantage. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and core Salesforce platform - Solid understanding of data modelling and integration patterns - Solid understanding of Data Streams, Data Lake, Data Models, Data Transforms, and Data Analysis - Experience working with segments, activations, and calculated insights - Experience with Salesforce administration tasks and declarative tools - Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and translate needs into solutions - Salesforce certifications Experience Required: 3 to 6 years,
