Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on Salesforce Data Cloud strategies.

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Data Cloud solutions across enterprise environments.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data integration, modeling, and real-time analytics.
Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations to promote platform adoption.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, especially within Data Cloud and related modules.

Preferred candidate profile

812 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Data Cloud.
Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
Proven ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Expertise in data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas), ETL processes, and real-time data orchestration.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, customer journey mapping, and data-driven personalization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data and reporting tools like Erwin, Visio, Tableau CRM, MuleSoft, or similar platforms is a plus.
