Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

NTT DATA is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting Salesforce applications for CRM-based product development. You will work within an agile (SAFe) team, participating in SAFe ceremonies and contributing daily to high-quality implementation. Your role will involve end-to-end Data Cloud design and delivery, including data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, Calculated Insights, segmentation, activations, and governance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-demand yet highly collaborative environment. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensure data quality and performance, document solutions, and support release and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Configure core Data Cloud Components such as Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules. - Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines and integrations with robust monitoring and error handling. - Perform Data Profiling & Metadata Management to assess data quality and completeness. - Maintain the data dictionary and related metadata documentation. - Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD and release readiness. - Contribute to testing and quality assurance. Requirements: - Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Salesforce Data Cloud development. - Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, at least 5 years of Salesforce experience, and at least 2 years of relevant working experience with Salesforce Data Cloud development. - Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, experience in customer-facing projects, good team player with lead capabilities, good decision-making capabilities, and strong presentation and reporting skills.
