Must have skills : CRM Applications Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure CRM applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Should have worked in Similar Project as a CRM Application Lead for at least one Scheduled Commercial Banks in India having more than 1000 branches. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. - Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business owners, and end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of banking business processes, regulations, and industry trends. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in CRM applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
