Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Should have worked in Similar Project as a CRM Application Lead for at least one Scheduled Commercial Banks in India having more than 1000 branches. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. - Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business owners, and end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of banking business processes, regulations, and industry trends. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in CRM applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
