Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at frog, your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. You will analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement, and then translate these requirements into functional specifications. Working with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and compliance will be essential to deliver effective solutions.
