Salesforce CPQ/RLM Developer

You will collaborate with clients to understand their specific business challenges, focusing on quoting, pricing, and the quote-to-cash process. Your role involves translating these requirements into robust CPQ / RLM and Billing solutions. This will require developing and implementing complex customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning to ensure seamless integration between CPQ, RLM, Billing, and existing systems. As an advisor, you will serve as a trusted guide for stakeholders and mentor junior team members on best practices and the latest advancements in CPQ / RLM and Billing. You will actively participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support for CPQ, RLM, and Billing solutions. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure smooth data flow and optimal system performance across CPQ, RLM, and Billing. Ideal candidates for this role should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ / RLM implementations, demonstrating success in complex environments. Possessing Salesforce Billing experience is essential. Holding a valid Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Consultant certification (or equivalent) is required, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce Billing functionality. Technical proficiency in Salesforce CPQ / RLM configuration is essential, including expertise in product rules, pricing methodologies, product bundling, discounting, quote generation, and approval workflows. A deep understanding of business processes, particularly the quote-to-cash flow, and how CPQ / RLM and Billing can enhance the sales cycle and revenue recognition is necessary.
