    • Quote management

    • JavaScript
    • CSS

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    technical support

    for Salesforce CPQ-related issues across global teams in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ configuration issues including pricing, bundling, and quoting errors.
  • Assist users with quote creation, discount application, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain documentation for recurring issues, resolutions, and support processes.
  • Support minor enhancements and configuration changes in CPQ as needed.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication across support teams.
