Proficiency in CPQ functionalities including:

Bundle configuration
Product rules
Option constraints
Price rules
Discount schedules
Quote management

Secondary Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide
technical support
for Salesforce CPQ-related issues across global teams in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ configuration issues including pricing, bundling, and quoting errors.
Assist users with quote creation, discount application, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain documentation for recurring issues, resolutions, and support processes.
Support minor enhancements and configuration changes in CPQ as needed.
Ensure timely response and resolution within defined SLAs.
Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication across support teams.
