Salesforce CPQ Billing

As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting the Salesforce CPQ platform to streamline the quote-to-cash process. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical teams to configure pricing, quoting, and contract management solutions that align with organizational objectives. You will configure and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, discount rules, and quote templates. Additionally, you will work on integrating Salesforce CPQ with other platforms to automate and optimize the sales process. It will be your responsibility to maintain and upgrade Salesforce CPQ configurations to meet the evolving needs of the business. Providing training and support to end users for efficient use of the Salesforce CPQ platform will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and analyzing existing CPQ processes for optimization will be crucial. You will develop and maintain system documentation, conduct system testing, troubleshoot errors, and provide ongoing support for new features and functionality. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce administration with specific expertise in Salesforce CPQ. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules will be advantageous. Possessing certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, and/or Developer Certification would be beneficial. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and custom objects. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning is highly preferred for developer roles. Familiarity with integration tools like Mulesoft and Dell Boomi, as well as knowledge of APIs and web services, will also be valuable. Having a solid understanding of the quote-to-cash process and the ability to collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to enhance system functionality are essential for this role.,
