• Spearhead projects as a technical lead and Point of Contact for clients • Ability to run requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and convert the same into solution design and seamlessly communicate the same back to the technical team for execution.
• Implementation and customization of customer Salesforce solution projects that involve different Salesforce product offerings such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud or any such, Customizations and/or Integrations to ensure scope and customer expectations are met.
• Engage closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT personnel to fulfill Salesforce implementation tasks according to requirements.
• Manage Salesforce implementation projects or subsets of larger projects.
• Assist with setting Salesforce implementation standards. Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and system diagrams.
• Respond to a variety of broad questions and concerns from customer management regarding project requirements, document needs, technical standards, and conditions.
• Communicate the status of requests and determine the feasibility of projects documents findings and actions.
• Represent the project as a Salesforce implementation expert who influences customer senior management on significant Salesforce matters.
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers, consultants, quality analysts, and work with project manager and business analysts
• Work under general direction and independently determine and develop an approach to solutions.
• Create proof-of-concepts to perform quick feasibility studies
• Excellent understanding of different business processes
• Demonstrated experience on End-to-End execution of Salesforce consulting and implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience on building Lightning Web Components (LWC), writing Apex code (Triggers, Test class, Asynchronous apex etc.), building integrations with third-party systems using point-to-point connection as well via Middleware
• Must have worked on both Salesforce Configuration (Drag-and-drop tools) and Customizations (LWC, Apex, VF, Aura, etc.)
• Worked on the Deployments (Change sets/ANT, any such tools), having knowledge of branching methodology
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and design complex solutions within a tight deadline.
• Strong leadership skills, strong customer service skills focusing on customer success.
• Strong organizational and planning skill to run projects through various stages
• Upskilled with latest release features and ability to learn new Salesforce products and modules quickly
• Strong communication and soft skills
• Good command over English language
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology • Hands on experience in any niche areas(Commerce Cloud, Conga CLM, CPQ, etc) will be preferred
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-II (Mandatory)
