Salesforce - Commerce Developer

As a Salesforce Commerce Developer, you will be joining our team to cater to the needs of our German Client. Your role entails designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions based on Salesforce B2B Commerce and the Salesforce Core platform. Working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance commerce solutions that drive digital success for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions by creating customized Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions on the Salesforce Core platform, specifically utilizing Lightning Experience. Your tasks will also include implementing backend logic through writing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as integrating with external systems using REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs. Additionally, you will be tasked with building user interfaces for responsive e-commerce frontends using LWC, standard UI components, and custom business logic. Occasionally, you may also work on headless frontends based on modern web technologies. Your role will involve optimizing performance by evaluating the scalability and performance of solutions, optimizing algorithms, and adhering to platform limits and best practices. Collaborating with teams in Germany and India, you will contribute to testing, deployment, and documentation processes within agile project setups. To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce development, particularly in B2B Commerce projects. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred. You must have solid knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce, Lightning Experience, and ideally B2C Commerce, along with familiarity with the Salesforce data model and core Sales/Service Cloud functionalities. Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, TypeScript, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and HTML is essential, as well as experience with tools like IntelliJ or Visual Studio Code. Knowledge of headless architectures and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js is advantageous. Experience with REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs, integration patterns, system architecture, Git-based version control, and agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is also required. Having certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or B2B Commerce Developer will be beneficial. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are necessary, and experience in remote or international collaboration is an advantage for this role.,
