Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Experience: 1 to 2 Years Location: Pune Office Employment Type: Full-Time Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience to gather business requirements, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure seamless Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements from stakeholders and define user stories. Own and prioritize the backlog , ensuring clear and actionable tasks. Assist in scrum execution, sprint planning, and backlog management . Work closely with developers and end-users to implement enhancements and resolve defects. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports . Support UAT, data imports, troubleshooting, and end-user training . Ensure solutions align with business needs and function as expected. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Business Analyst . Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting . Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management. Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills . Hands-on experience in UAT, issue resolution, and training . Salesforce Admin knowledge is a must . Salesforce or BA certification is a plus .
