The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing a team of professionals to meet the client's requirements. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Project Management • Client Relationship Management • Team Leadership • Staff Augmentation • Risk & Issue Management • Resource Planning & Allocation • Quality Assurance • Process Improvement • Budgeting & Cost Management Requirements: • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in IT project delivery and team management, with a strong understanding of IT services and staff augmentation models. • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud services, and Agile methodologies. • Staff Augmentation Expertise: Proven experience in managing staff augmentation processes and understanding resource management models. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and resolve them efficiently. • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
