Job Description: As a Salesforce.com Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your deep understanding of Salesforce and proven project management skills will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and project management methodologies. Facilitate meetings, document requirements, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee user training and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions. Required Qualifications: Masters in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on Salesforce implementations. Proven track record managing end-to-end Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, functionalities, and integration capabilities. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Relevant project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant). Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce technology.
