Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote, contract-based role, you will be responsible for managing Salesforce validation rules, developing analytical dashboards, and performing daily Salesforce administration tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
- Create and manage validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, and automation within Salesforce.- Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.- Administer day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user management, data maintenance, and issue resolution.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve business processes through Salesforce solutions.- Document system configurations, processes, and training materials.- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices.Required Qualifications :
Experience :
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service CloudTechnical Proficiency :
