As a Salesforce Billing Technical Architect at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in aligning business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud for clients. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality revenue management solutions across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME):** Be the go-to expert on Salesforce Revenue Cloud, providing strategic guidance on best practices and solution design. - **Solution Design & Architecture:** Architect and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud to optimize Quote-to-Cash processes. - **Configuration & Customization:** Customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud to meet specific client needs and enhance operational efficiency. - **Project Leadership:** Offer technical leadership across the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and are delivered on time. - **Collaboration & Innovation:** Partner with product teams to identify growth opportunities and explore innovative use cases. - **Training & Knowledge Sharing:** Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and enhance understanding of Revenue Cloud capabilities. - **Stay Current:** Keep abreast of industry trends and Salesforce advancements to ensure cutting-edge solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, with hands-on experience in EPC, CPQ, Billing, and Invoicing. - **Lifecycle Implementations:** Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. - **Quote-to-Cash Proficiency:** Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and translating complex requirements into scalable solutions. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, and Integration tools. - **Certifications:** Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification or relevant CPQ and Billing certifications. - **Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. **Additional Company Details (if present):** NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
