Salesforce Automation Testing_Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst

As a QA Engineer at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in ensuring that the digital technology and related services provided to clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. By being part of the QA Test (Selenium) teams, you will offer support, leadership, and direction to ensure that projects are executed effectively and engagements are delivered as promised. To excel in this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS and have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices. Your expertise should also include 5+ years of experience in software development and quality engineering, covering areas such as data-driven testing, white box test automation, Selenium, Selenium automation with Salesforce knowledge, Regression Testing, Karate Framework, system-level testing, and End-to-End Testing. Your responsibilities will include creating UI/API end-to-end cross-cloud impacting integration automation, utilizing tools like SOAP UI for WebServices automation, working with multiple automation frameworks, and being extensively involved in BDD/TDD frameworks. You should have a strong grasp of Core Java programming, OOPS Concepts, and collection frameworks, along with knowledge of tools like Git, Jenkins, Ant, and Maven. Experience with test automation tools for functional, regression, performance, and load testing is essential, as well as familiarity with frameworks like TestNG, J-Unit, and scripting languages such as JS and Perl. Additionally, you should be comfortable with API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI, and be able to build automation frameworks for End-to-End Testing of different systems. Your expertise should extend to writing clear and concise test documents and automation scripts, integrating different automation frameworks, and diagnosing quality issues to resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in delivering engineering applications using agile/scrum methodology is beneficial. Desired skills for this role include experience in multi-platform testing, a background with Force.com, Java, Salesforce CRM experience, and familiarity with technologies like Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, CSS, SOAP XML, and HTML. Experience with Salesforce Quote to Cash Process, J2EE Technologies, and Enterprise Integration Systems will also be advantageous.
