NTT DATA is looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce QA Automation to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a QA Engineer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the digital technology and related services provided to clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. Your responsibilities will include supporting projects, providing leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of engagements. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS, along with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of experience in software development and quality engineering, including expertise in data-driven, white box test automation, Selenium, Karate Framework, system-level testing, and End-to-End Testing. It is also essential to be a Salesforce Certified Administrator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing. You should be familiar with Jenkins, GIT, SOAP UI for WebServices automation, and multiple automation frameworks like Keyword, Data-driven, and Hybrid. Proficiency in Core Java programming, OOPS Concepts, and collection framework is required. Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, or similar technologies is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for creating UI/API end-to-end cross-cloud impacting integration automation, building automation frameworks for End-to-End Testing of different systems, and integrating different automation frameworks. You should have the ability to write clear and concise test documents and automation scripts, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with DEVOPs tools like Jenkins and agile/scrum methodology is preferred. Desired skills include experience in multi-platform testing, background with Force.com, Java, Salesforce.com platform & API, and Salesforce Quote to Cash Process. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-group collaboration skills are essential for this role.
