Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Salesforce applications, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Provar, Katalon, Apex Test Framework, and TestNG.
Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, identify defects, and report them using bug tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
Conduct Salesforce-specific testing, covering configurations, customizations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Apex code, and integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and product owners to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure thorough test coverage.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices to ensure the quality of Salesforce releases.
