Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:
• Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
• Advise clients on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and potential solutions.
• Development & Implementation:
• Develop and implement custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and optimal performance.
• Manage and execute data migrations, integrations with external systems, and third-party app installations.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce development and architecture.
• Testing & Deployment:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage deployment processes using change sets, Salesforce DX, or other CI/CD tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer/Consultant.
• Proven expert-level proficiency in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API, Bulk API).
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce security models, data models, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, including Sandbox management, change sets, and version control (Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) beyond LWC/Aura.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
