-Proficient in Apex coding, including batch, schedule, queueable and async classes. Well versed with the development best practices and guidelines to avoid hitting governor limits

-Proficient in Apex triggers and concepts of handler and helper classes

-Proficient in exception/error handling and debugging complex Apex code.

-Preferred knowledge of invokable Apex classes/methods via the Integration Procedures -Customize salesforce objects, page layouts and metadata. -Building workflows, process builders, flows for automation. -Preferred experience in Telco industry -Salesforce

Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications. Vlocity certifications are a plus

- Strong technical knowledge in delivering a particular solution stack using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud) with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce For C Grade - At least 6-7 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead) - Salesforce Admin/Dev certifications - Technical Lead on at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations. - Strong Salesforce to external systems integration experience. - Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration, custom build using APEX and Lightning

- Experience managing offshore development resources in a particular technical area (those being configuration, customization, data migration, integration) - Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd part APIs

- Responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing strategies for continuous delivery of Salesforce and any dependent software on the cloud

- Experience of integrating Salesforce with third party SaaS and ERP applications - Design and Lead development of Lightning UI , lightning web components , Apex coding ,JavaScript , triggers , Salesforce Configuration activities.

- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements. - Agile methodologies development experience
